Tom Stephenson is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in health and safety management. He currently leads Safety & Health at Lakeland Dairies, focusing on chemical safety in the dairy industry. Previously, he held a similar role at the Balcas Group, overseeing operations in multiple countries, and worked in the transport industry in London. A Chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, Tom has also tutored Health and Safety at the North West Institute in Derry.
