Training

Many invest in personal protective equipment (PPE) to shield themselves against chemical accidents, but no matter the quality of the PPE, they can’t guarantee no accidents will ever happen, nor that no serious injuries will arise. The best way of avoiding serious injury is to ensure that the accident never happens. With the right attitude and awareness, together we can prevent many accidents from happening.
If an accident should still occur, with the right knowledge of the chemical hazards and in how to use First Aid products, we can increase the chances of the accident being handled in an
optimal way – a way that ensures injuries are prevented or mitigated.

Medical Care System has over 25 years’ experience in the field and we are specialists in identifying and minimizing chemical and thermal hazards, regardless of the workplace. We offer a unique training programme with a stress on the chemical hazards themselves as well as the users’ attitudes and awareness surrounding these.

FIRST AID IN CASE OF CHEMICAL ACCIDENTS

Fundamental training in chemical hazards and the use of Diphoterine ®. The course is 3 hours long and includes both theoretical and practical moments in the area of chemical accidents and the use of Diphoterine ®. Participants will gain an understanding of how chemical injuries occur, what we can to do prevent them and how and where Diphoterine® works, as well as practical information on how to act in an emergency situation. The course concludes with a knowledge test and after completing the course every participant receives a certificate.

FIRST AID IN CASE OF CHEMICAL ACCIDENTS INVOLVING HYDROFLUORIC ACID

Fundamental training as above but specifically targeting businesses handling hydrofluoric acid, and the use of Hexafluorine® instead of Diphoterine®. Course duration: 3 hours.
