Ordering
We accept orders via the online store and e-mail. We will process your order as soon as it has been received by us. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you immediately by phone or e-mail.
In our online store, we only accept orders from companies / organizations registered in Sweden. Other countries (Denmark, Norway and Finland) send your order to order@medicalcare.se
Prices
Prices are stated in SEK, excluding VAT and shipping. Where prices are not stated in the online store, email / call us for price information or a quote. Offered prices are valid for 30 days from the offer date.
Shipping
Shipping will be added to all goods, unless you want to pay for the delivery with recipient shipping. In the case of consignee shipping, the forwarder and customer number of the forwarder are stated in the order form.
Payment
Payment is made against invoice after approved credit check. The payment terms are 30 days net from the invoice date. In the event of a delay, interest on arrears will be charged at 2.0% per month, plus a reminder fee of SEK 50. Be sure to clearly state the customer and invoice number when paying.
Delivery
Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks from dispatched order.
Delivery delays
We reserve the right to temporary final sales. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of the planned delivery date.
